• WhatsApp Business API provider — when you submit an enquiry, a notification is sent to our business team via WhatsApp. Your name and enquiry details are included in this notification so we can respond promptly.
• Email service provider (SMTP) — we use an email service to send you a confirmation of your enquiry and to notify our team. Your name, email address and enquiry details are included in these emails.

These service providers process your data only on our behalf and for the purposes described above. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your enquiry data for up to 3 years from the date of submission. This period allows us to:

• Follow up on business enquiries that may take time to finalise
• Maintain records for GST compliance and tax purposes as required by Indian law

After 3 years, your data is deleted unless there is a legal requirement to keep it longer. You may request deletion of your data at any time before the retention period ends.

Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the following rights:

• Right to access — You can ask us what personal data we hold about you. We will provide it within 30 days.
• Right to correction — You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure — You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

• Right to nominate — You can nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf.
