Payment Terms

Payment Policy — Strict

1. 75% advance required at the time of order confirmation to begin production.
2. Remaining 25% must be paid when your order is manufactured and ready for dispatch. Goods will NOT leave our factory until full 100% payment is received.
3. No credit terms, no partial dispatch, no post-payment arrangements.

GST invoice provided with every order. 18% GST applies on footwear priced above Rs. 1,000 per pair.

Workshop Visit & Quality Verification

• All buyers are welcome to visit our workshop in Agra for an in-person quality inspection before placing orders
• Repeat buyers with consistent order history may qualify for priority production scheduling
• We treat all buyers equally — same terms, same quality, same commitment regardless of location

Dispatch & Logistics

Within Agra

We deliver goods to buyer's location within Agra city limits at no additional delivery charge.

Outside Agra (Domestic)

Ex-Factory

Buyer arranges own transport service (transport company, courier, etc.)
KAIM delivers packed goods to the transport company's godown in Agra
All transit risk and cost is buyer's responsibility after handover to transport
KAIM provides packing slip and invoice with goods
We can recommend reliable transport partners if needed

International / Export

FOB ex-factory Agra. Buyer handles customs clearance, international shipping and import duties.

No doorstep delivery outside Agra city limits. All outstation dispatch is ex-factory via buyer-arranged transport.

Buyer Verification (Mutual Trust)

First-time buyers may be asked to provide:

GST registration certificate
Business registration / Udyog Aadhaar / trade license
Visiting card / company letterhead
Reference from existing KAIM client (optional)

KAIM provides:

Workshop visit option (by appointment)

Purpose: Mutual trust and fraud prevention. We verify you, you verify us.

Quality Assurance

Every pair is visually inspected before dispatch.

Defective pairs are replaced in the next order (not cash refund).

No returns on custom or private-label orders.

Sample orders (1 to 5 pairs) available for quality evaluation before bulk commitment.
