Yes. Private-label and OEM manufacturing is our core service. We manufacture footwear to your brand specifications — your designs, your labels, your packaging. You sell under your own brand name.

Absolutely. Make-to-sample is one of our key services. Send us your sample, design brief or reference images and we will develop the product to your exact specifications, including material, colour and finish.

KAIM footwear is handcrafted — every pair is made by skilled artisans in our Agra workshop. Our craftsmen use a combination of hand skills and precision tools including sewing machines for stitching and heat presses for sole attachment. We do not use automated production lines or conveyor-belt manufacturing. The craft process has been refined over nearly two decades.

Current capacity: ~2,000 pairs per month across four active product lines (formal shoes, sandals, slippers, loafers). Lead times: 50-200 pairs: 7-10 days | 200-500: 10-15 days | 500+: 15-20 days Lead time begins after 75% advance payment is received.

Our standard MOQ is 50 pairs per style per color. For sample evaluation before bulk commitment, we offer sample development of 1-5 pairs. For government/institutional orders, MOQ is as per tender requirements. Contact us for specific requirements.

We follow strict payment terms: • 75% advance at order confirmation — production begins only after advance is received • Remaining 25% when your order is manufactured and ready • Goods leave our factory ONLY after 100% payment is received Accepted: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, or cash at workshop. NOT accepted: COD, cheques, post-dated cheques, or credit terms. No exceptions. GST invoice provided with every order (GSTIN: 09FBXPK0884B1Z7).

Within Agra: We deliver to your location at no additional charge. Outside Agra: All orders dispatched ex-factory from our workshop in Agra, UP. Buyer arranges own transport service. We deliver packed goods to your chosen transport company's godown in Agra. Transit costs and risk after handover are buyer's responsibility. No doorstep delivery outside Agra. For export: FOB ex-factory Agra.

Yes. KAIM Footwear is a registered business with GSTIN 09FBXPK0884B1Z7 and MSME/Udyam registration UDYAM-UP-01-0058485. We provide proper GST invoice with every order. 18% GST applies on footwear priced above ₹1,000 per pair. This means you can claim input tax credit on all purchases from us.

We currently manufacture four categories: formal shoes, sandals (roman, cross-strap, thong, back-strap), slippers, and loafers. All handcrafted in our Agra workshop. Sports shoes coming soon.

Yes. For mutual trust, first-time buyers may be asked to provide: GST registration certificate, business registration/Udyog Aadhaar/trade license, or visiting card. Private label ka matlab hai — hum aapke brand name se joote, chappal, sandal, slipper ya loafer banaate hain. Insole pe aapka logo, box pe aapki branding, sab kuch aapka — sirf manufacturing hum karte hain. Aapko bas design ya reference pair dena hai, baaki hum handle karte hain.

Sample development mein usually 7-10 din lagte hain. Cost ₹1,000 se ₹5,000 per pair hoti hai, depending on design aur material. Yeh alag se charge hota hai — lekin yeh investment hai taaki aap bulk order se pehle quality dekh sako.
