Mr. Sushil Kumar is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of KAIM Footwear. He formally registered the business in 2017 and has since transformed it into a recognised name in private-label and OEM footwear manufacturing. Under his leadership, the workshop has expanded significantly across multiple product lines. Mr. Sushil Kumar personally oversees production quality, client partnerships, business strategy and day-to-day operations.
Crafting since 2007
Mr. Suresh Kumar is the Founding Craftsman who began handcrafting footwear in Agra in 2007. With decades of experience in the footwear trade, he laid the foundation for what KAIM stands for today — quality craftsmanship with no shortcuts. His deep expertise in materials, patterns and handcraft techniques continues to guide the workshop. Mr. Suresh Kumar serves as a senior advisor, mentoring the next generation of craftsmen at KAIM.
KAIM has no board of directors and no external investors. Decisions are made by the people who actually oversee the craft. When you work with KAIM, you work directly with the family that runs the workshop — led by Mr. Sushil Kumar, with the craft foundation built by Mr. Suresh Kumar.
